A cozy 130m2 house in the center of Pisa, in a historic building from the 1500s! Entering through a small gate, you won't believe your eyes; a secret garden right in the center of the city! From here, through an ancient stone staircase, you reach the terrace with dining table and living area overlooking the river, which will be the heart of your stay. From the terrace there is direct access to the large and bright living room. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can really reach everything!

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
