The property is wonderful with open spaces like the rooftop and nice views of the city. The room was excellent with a large and comfortable bed, a table and shelves, and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower with useful items stocked. The location was great with good restaurants around for menu del día and easy access to supermarkets. It was also a quick walk to the main avenue and not too far from the plaza. The hosts were nice and the WiFi was mostly stable. However during my stay, there was a lot of construction noise which started early in the morning as the only downside. Definitely would recommend and I would return the next time I’m back in Arequipa, and hopefully the noise won’t be an issue.

Quel superbe accueil ! Nous avons passé 4 jours incroyables à Arequipa, à la casa de Chamo. La maison est très joliment décorée, on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi. Les hôtes sont adorables et, bonus, nous avons pu y laisser nos affaires pendant notre visite au canyon de colca et reprendre une douche à notre retour. Encore merci pour tout !

Excelente lugar para llegar con familia o amigos, lugar limpio, acogedor y sobre todo cerca del centro turístico de Arequipa, el trato fue amable y me agrado el equipamiento de la casa, satisfecho en su totalidad, muchas gracias por todo Miguel!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, Julio est venu nous chercher à la gare de bus pour nous amener à l'hostal. Il nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils et nous a emmené faire le tour des miradors des lignes de Nazca et Palpa. Il a de plus été très réactifs pour tout nos besoins tout au long du séjour. Le logement était confortable. Nous recommandons !

agradable lugar, alejado de la multitud, la piscina estaba genial, es lugar tranquilo, solo tener en cuenta que hay otros huespedes que festejan y pueden hacer bulla por la noche

Everything was great and I strongly recommend the stay for tourist who wants to get to know the area (the owner is the tourist guide as well so so can get the tour) or even if you just want to have some quiet time for yourself of remote working. All is very flexible and you get the ride to and from the bus station.
