The apartment was spotless, very organized, practical and with all the necessary equipment for a short or long stay (cookware, appliances, linens, etc.). Erika, the manager who received us was very kind, proactive and decisive with any questions or needs, always attentive and understanding. Milagros was also attentive to our needs and to provide a comfortable stay. The amenities and pristine common areas. We recommend it 100%.

Nury is very kind at all times willing to help us. The apartment is very well distributed, comfortable and above all located in a quiet area and close to restaurants and shopping centers.

From the moment we arrived, everything was as we expected and even better. The place was spotless and premier, very clean and well equipped, with all the details needed for an ideal stay. The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet and safe, the perfect location close to the mall. David was very attentive, always available to answer our questions and gave us great local recommendations. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were well received by Bricelda, who showed us how the apartment works. It is located less than 15 min from the historic center on foot. The apartment is comfortable but very noisy, it is poorly isolated from outdoor life, dog barking all night. There is a large dog at the entrance, very large but not mean. Pros: Hot water and washing machine. shs

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casona’s!!! Staff was very friendly and there was plenty of room as described!! With better weather you can take better advantage of the terrace if you are on the PH!! Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay with a large family

I’ve stayed at Olga's apartment already twice, each time for at least three months. Olga is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and always accessible. The apartment remains in top condition, with no drop in quality since my last visit. Its location between Cayma and Yanahuara is ideal for exploring the city; many places are within walking distance, and the area feels generally safe. Nearby, there’s a mall and a local market with everything you need, plus numerous restaurants and picanterias for authentic dining. The apartment itself is bright, clean, and offers reliable internet, perfect for working remotely. Hot water is always available, and the space is generally quiet, though you might hear a soft hum from the mall’s ventilation—it’s subtle and almost meditative. As someone sensitive to noise, I can sleep peacefully without earplugs. Overall, this apartment is an excellent spot with a top-notch location and a wonderful host, making it a great choice for longer stays in the city.
