A comfortable and clean place. Close to downtown with quick access to transportation. 100% recommended.

The property is wonderful with open spaces like the rooftop and nice views of the city. The room was excellent with a large and comfortable bed, a table and shelves, and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower with useful items stocked. The location was great with good restaurants around for menu del día and easy access to supermarkets. It was also a quick walk to the main avenue and not too far from the plaza. The hosts were nice and the WiFi was mostly stable. However during my stay, there was a lot of construction noise which started early in the morning as the only downside. Definitely would recommend and I would return the next time I’m back in Arequipa, and hopefully the noise won’t be an issue.

What a great welcome! We spent 4 amazing days in Arequipa, in La Casa de Chamo. The house is very nicely decorated, it immediately feels at home. The hosts are adorable and, as a bonus, we were able to leave our belongings there during our visit to Colca Canyon and take a shower when we returned. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent place to arrive with family or friends, clean, cozy place and especially close to the tourist center of Arequipa, the treatment was kind and I like the equipment of the house, satisfied in its entirety, thank you very much for everything Miguel!

A pleasant and comfortable stay

nice place, away from the crowd, the pool was great, it's quiet place, just keep in mind that there are other guests partying and can do bulla at night

Everything was great and I strongly recommend the stay for tourist who wants to get to know the area (the owner is the tourist guide as well so so can get the tour) or even if you just want to have some quiet time for yourself of remote working. All is very flexible and you get the ride to and from the bus station.
