Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Cottage renovated in 2021 for 4, consisting of 1 living room and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 90 cm, 1 bed of 160 cm). A covered terrace with an electric barbecue (stored in the outdoor storage box with the deckchairs and the drying rack). Quiet in a village of 1000 inhabitants at an altitude of 230 meters, with a multi-service business (bread, grocery store, newspapers, meat, charcuterie, caterer, post office, tobacco...) between the vines and the scrubland in the heart of the Hérault.

The cottage is built next to our wine shed and has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
