Attractive 175 m2 family house with 1 floor in the village of Le Puy Notre Dame On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room, a cosy lounge, a games and relaxation area, a toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, accessed by 2 staircases, there is a toilet, a shower room, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds. Outside, there is 1 terrace with a large table, chairs and a barbecue, and at the back of the house, there is 1 small garden with a deckchair, garden furniture and children's games.

Within a quiet property surrounded by water, I offer you an independent 47 m² single-storey cottage. It has all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay: living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. Guests will enjoy an outdoor area with terrace and garden furniture with free access to the wooded grounds. You will be at the crossroads of various tourist activities (30 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 1 hour from the Futuroscope, 1 hour from the Puy du Fou)

L'Écurie is a spacious new barn conversion equipped with all modern amenities while retaining its old world charm. It is part of an old winegrowers property called 'Closerie Les Roches' that includes two other cottages. This cottage can be rented together with Le Cerisier for a larger group of guests. Stay with us and explore the Loire valley. Visit beautiful chateaux and local wineries or just stroll among the vines right outside the property. We also offer dinner for our guests twice a week.

Le Ruault: Poplar House (Loire Valley)

Le Ruault is close to the chateaux of the Loire valley and plenty of excellent vineyards. A tranquil space in which to relax and breathe, great for couples, families and big groups (when rented with Orchard Cottage). Poplar House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom; the other three can all be set up as a large double or two singles). There are 7 acres (2.5 hectares) of grounds to relax in, including an outdoor pool (shared with Orchard Cottage and heated mid-May to mid-September).
