Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

Star gaze from the hot tub, grab a book and relax the a hammock under the birch trees or take a bike ride(bikes provided) along the Barrington Trail. The property has direct access to the trail which is great for walks, runs, bicycles and atvs. It also connects with the sidewalk in town which leads right to North East Point Beach. *Pet friendly upon request

My house was built 100 years ago on 2.5 acres of land overlooking the Pubnico Harbour. The deck faces east so it’s a perfect place to drink your coffee and watch the sun rise over the harbour. Yarmouth Cat Ferry is 40 minutes away and the Digby ferry is 1h45 minutes away. My sister lives right next door and she can help if you have any questions.
