Villa Wonka Sapanca Our villa, which is 6 minutes on foot from Sapanca train station and 15 minutes from the lake, is designed for you to have a pleasant time with your family and loved ones. You can enter our heated pool by taking just one step from the house and stay peacefully in our house with floor heating and a fireplace. Apart from our 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, we have a sofa on the mezzanine that can be converted into a double bed. (Pool heating is turned off during the summer months.)

Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is not active during the summer season.

2+1 Bungalow with Heated Pool

Chestnut in Sapanca is a unique and calm accommodation in a 2000 m2 area surrounded by a 350 m2 bungalow surrounded by private lawn. Transportation is completely by asphalt road. The house has a bedroom (double bed), a living room, an open room (2 single beds), and a sofa in the living room (converts to a bed when opened). The bungalow can accommodate 5 people. There is a heated pool (3x6x1.5 m), a gazebo and a barbecue in the garden.

okay, we have a detached stone bungalow in the garden with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. 6 people can stay with the sofas in the living room. We have a barbecue and fire pit in the garden and a closed gazebo. There are all the kitchen supplies that should be in a house. Our 3x7 meter pool is completely sheltered. I prefer our guests to be family members or groups of girlfriends. Thank you. Our pool is heated.
