The apartment, totally independent, is located on the ground floor of a villa owned, fenced, video surveillance and with convenient parking. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, a 20-minute walk from the historic center and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with a walk-in closet), a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom, complete with an anteroom with a second sink and a washing machine.
