Experience pure tranquillity in this off-grid cabin on a Swedish lake, surrounded by forest and silence. Completely self-sufficient with solar panels, home battery, gas boiler and gas heaters. Water comes directly from the lake. Enjoy swimming, fishing or rowing. Few neighbours, plenty of privacy. Supermarket in 5 minutes, Charlottenberg in 20 minutes and Oslo Airport in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The perfect place to truly unwind and rediscover the power of silence and nature.

The guest house is built in 2010 and is 30 m2 + sleeping loft. The house is located close to nature with nice walking paths in the forest and land. The lake, Västra Silen, is located for swimming and fish interested about 2.5 km. 10 min walk to Centrum, 15 min to Sweden's most beautiful trotting track, Årjängs trotting track. 120 km to Oslo, 100 km to Karlstad, good bus connections to both destinations. Laskerud Glamping is located just a stone's throw into the forest, adjacent to Södra Laskerud, which provides a unique glamping location with both wifi and a proper bathroom.
