On the plot there is a barbecue area with outdoor furniture. The house is located on a 4000 sqm beach plot with its own jetty. Rowing boat, canoe, or kayak can be rented on site. Close to golf, fishing, swimming, Dalsland Canal.

The space Just a few metres from the lake is the 70 sqm cottage, 4 beds, with a fully functioning kitchen and shower room, fireplace, a bedroom with double bed, and a room with two single beds 90x200. Toilet with incineration toilet is in a small cabin 10 metres from the cottage with its own entrance, sauna in own cottage.

One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Our house is about 70 metres from the cottage. There are chickens and a dog on the property. Possibility to rent an eka (rowing boat)
