It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to enjoy the outdoors as the cottage is set apart at the base of Centennial Park with biking/hiking. Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

Our cozy little cottage accommodates four people or a couple. Light & bright. One bathroom/shower only. Kitchenette has microwave, a full sized oven ,refrigerator ,Keruig coffee pot. A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful guest house on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Enjoy lake views from the balcony and lake access is just a block away. Take a small walk or a short drive to the gated community park where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, grilling, sunsets or launch a boat! This quiet 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath home is like living in the trees. Enjoy partial lake views while making dinner or enjoying a meal on the deck. This is the perfect lake getaway. Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Hogeye Hideaway is located in a private setting with a beautiful view of the Ozarks Mountains. However, only a short drive to Devils Den State Park & University of Arkansas/Dickson Street. Very close, if not right in the middle of many trails, 4 wheeling (local rentals available) and beautiful destinations. The cabin is wood throughout, ceramic flooring, island bar, nice front deck with a fire pit and a gorgeous view. If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!
