Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
