The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
