Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arkansas

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

The site is beautiful. Walking trails and next to the cafe which has amazing food! It’s in the middle of Mena and Waldron so expect to drive 25-30 to town. But if you’re looking for an affordable place thats clean and an amazing host then look no further. There are also nearby ATV and jeep trails. Lots of fishing places and recreation sites in the forest/mountains. And the views!!! Absolutely stunning. We went for a wedding and had 8 people with us. It was an amazing stay!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Really enjoyed staying at this property.! We felt right at home and the setting was perfect for our family. It was very quiet and peaceful. Loved all the windows so we could see the natural light and all the trees!

This home on the island & surrounding lake was fantastic. It was very well thought out inside, from the functionality of the kitchen to the decoration & theme. The kitchen has everything you need & more to get right into cooking, many complete meal components were stocked (I didn't use them though), which I was not expecting. I always bring my own food & expect to make due with what's available, but this place was very well appointed with many pans, pots, steamer, air fryer, nuker, a nice range, cutting boards, knives & bowls for prep. They even have pancake mix & syrup ready to go, & many snacks. Wife loved the jaccuzi tub & all of the nicely arranged spa stuff that was provided, it was excellent. Waking up with a cup of coffee & sitting in the sun room with a view of the lake was a perfect way to start the day here!

Great place!! Comfortable and relaxing!! Cute patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the snow in the NW. Fit all of our needs!! 🤓

Great location and beautiful house. We loved the backyard and Foosball table. Close to trails and Tanyard Creek! Easy to get around and drive into Bentonville. House was excellent and we had enough space for 6 people. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfortable; apartment was clean; beautifully decorated; fully stocked. This lovely little place would be great for ladies who are traveling alone as it's very secure (behind two locked doors), and right across the way from the Morrilton Police Dept. Surrounding area is quiet, and just around the block from a nice, little coffee shop. It's only just a few minutes to all major stores/restaurants. Hosts were very prompt in communication. I hope to stay again in the future - we enjoyed it so much.

We love staying here ! I can not even count the times we have stayed . Close to everything in downtown Little Rock . Would recommend to anybody that does not have an issue with stairs .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Barbara and Mary were fantastic hosts, making sure we had a comfortable experience from start to finish. The quiet surroundings by the lake were perfect for unwinding, and we enjoyed every moment of our time here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

Hidden Gem is a gem. Peaceful and easy to get to town. Walmart right down the street and different routes into town take you to new places to explore and visit. They surprised my grandson and I with a sweet treat bag one evening when we were out. So very thoughtful and kind. We plan on staying at Hidden Gem again.

Super cute space, very comfy and artsy. Second time staying with Jason as a host, awesome experiences both times.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

Such a stunning place and gorgeous location! It was absolutely perfect for our leadership team retreat, both for our meeting times as well as when it was time to relax!

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was very helpful.

We had a lovely time in Eureka Springs and Mandy’s cottages helped make the stay very memorable. Both the cabin and the cottage were unique, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the large deck where we were situated high in the trees. The spot felt secluded even though we were in the heart of the town. The hot tub was also fantastic, very clean and relaxing. All aspects of the property were well maintained and homy. Be sure to read the check in book so you don’t miss any important notes - how to use the hot tub cover, rules for parking, etc. We all enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

My family and I have been receiving the New Year away from home for twelve years, in different places. Being a large family, it is very difficult to meet everyone's expectations, except on this occasion. This place is more than perfect. It has everything and a little more than you could expect. The photos don't do enough justice to how wonderful it is. Steve is excessively attentive, cautious and kind. there is nothing to improve. We simply hope to return. score 1000000/10

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

The Trail Retreat is a super fun location to stay, especially if you have little ones. The space was clean & tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided in the kitchen & bathroom spaces. The location was great…we ventured out to multiple different tourist destinations during our stay, and never had more than a 10 minute drive. Lastly, I will say that Michael is one of the best hosts I have had the opportunity to stay with in terms of communication. He was incredibly open and available, and made our stay that much better by communicating quickly & effectively. I would definitely recommend this spot for any family looking to vacation in the NWA area.
