Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor (air conditioning), kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with large dressing room and fans as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub 150) + toilet. The renovated attic (air-conditioned) offers a large space with 2 single beds/or a 180 cm bed.

It is in Saint-Félicien, in the heart of the North of Ardèche that we suggest you put down your suitcases for a stay in our charming house. The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. The tranquility of the place and the beauty of the landscape will certainly win you over. You will be welcomed in a large, renovated house in a fairly modern style and fully equipped.

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Also the Chambre des Mystères, the Mastrou, the Kaopa café...

Our fully renovated guest house is equipped with all modern comforts with covered terrace.

The apartment is completely independent. Access is via a picturesque path dug into the hillside. Enjoy a panoramic bay, a terrace where you can have breakfast in the sun lulled by the songs of birds, and a hammock area in the shade of the Scots pines.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!
