Wonderful stay in Varigotti, which I love deeply. Fabiola's apartment is very clean, cozy and with a really breathtaking panoramic view. Fabiola was very kind, as was her parents: helpful and warm. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

We were really impressed by the kindness and availability that welcomed us upon arrival, the lady is really very kind; the house is perfect for our family, clean, very comfortable with the piece of garden to make the most of. In 10/15 min walk you can get downtown, we had a really good time, we'll be back

Magnificent stay at Patrizia’s! We enjoyed our time immensely, especially the patio and easy access to the area. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is a gem! We loved our early morning walks around the peninsula. Patrizia’s home was clean and stocked with some essentials for our stay. Patrizia was always responsive and helpful in all our interactions. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The apartment is incredible. She provides everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, toiletries, even salt and pepper. Great use of space and fabulous view. It’s tricky to get to without transport. There are many, many, many steps up! Fine if you have a car or happy to get Ubers.

Cozy, tastefully furnished and perfectly clean apartment. Direct access to the private beach is a great added value, as is the convenience of nearby services. The location is great, just a short walk from downtown. A special thank you to Isabella, always present and available for every need. Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

the structure is a little dated but well-maintained. Unfortunately, the pool and snack bar were still closed. The strength is the location and private parking. The apartment is impeccable with all the comforts, although very small is well organized. A wonderful terrace overlooking the gulf

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

It's a beautiful loft with a large terrace. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. It also has a washing machine and lots of towels for the bathroom and for the beach. The place is unparalleled, across the street from the beach and very close to downtown and transportation stops. I love Nice and now more for having discovered this loft, I will be back very soon!

We had a nice weekend. The villa conforms to the photos. Good location if you want to rest or party . The garden is beautiful , the pool is very cute . I recommend it and we will come back without hesitation . The host is very friendly.

We had a great holiday at this property. It is comfortable and very practical. It's mostly in a great location. You can get there by train. Otherwise, we put the car in the parking lot and everything can be done on foot or by train. Two minutes from "Carnoles - Roquebrune" train station, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from shops on foot. The whole was very clean and we were able to communicate with the owners very easily via messaging. In short, I recommend it. Be careful, the apartment is not big, so you have to be organized to be able to spend time there for 4 people.

The accommodation is very clean and functional. Sergio is very available and responsive. We had a great time despite the whims of the weather we were able to enjoy the surroundings every day. The balcony has wonderful sea views. The bedding is excellent and we have all amenities nearby. We recommend Sergio's place and will gladly go back.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Delia was so nice and her apartment was simply impeccable! Million dollar views of the sea, a wonderful market every day in the street, great nightlife, very nice kitchen, comfy beds, and very clean. There are some steps but we found them easy and a nice little exercise after eating. The shower was also very nice with plenty of hot water. The location could not be better in the heart of old town and very close to the water. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering Nice!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great stay! Beautiful home. As advertised. Street parking is difficult so having a garage was a nice plus.
