Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Armenia

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Давит отзывчивый хозяин, разрешил заехать в жилье раньше. + Все соответствует фото + Вид на Арарат с балкона гостиной + Хорошее соотношение цены и качества Минусами можно пренебречь, Но все же: - вторая спальня очень маленькая, буквально чуть больше кровати - из средств гигиены было только несколько видов мыла Вцелом довольны выбором с учётом того, что забронировали пол дня до приезда.

The accommodation was amazing. Beautiful design and had everything needed in the kitchen. comfortable bed and spa. lots of power points for charging devices and good tv and lounge room too. The host was accommodating for us to arrive a day late due to transport delays in our previous country.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Отличная локация, шикарная квартира! Каждый день гуляли по центру, много магазинов и шикарная прогулочная зона! Рекомендую на 100 процентов! Если вернемте в Ереван, то только к Вам! СПАСИБО!

Красивая, чистая, просторная и светлая квартира с видом на Арарат. Есть все необходимое. Не в самом центральном центре, но близко к нему. Новое здание, чистый подъезд. Самостоятельное заселение с подробной инструкцией прошло без проблем. Мне все понравилось, с удовольствием остановилась бы еще раз. Спасибо!

Дружелюбные хозяева, готовы были во всём помочь! Из плюсов, незаметных на фото - высокие потолки и достаточно много пространства в доме. На первом этаже живут хозяева. Веранда с мангалом общая с соседями, вид действительно красивый, особенно нам повезло в новогоднюю ночь, во время фейерверков. Рекомендуем жильё для недолгого пребывания в Ереване - в пешей доступности музей-завод «Арарат», близко от центра, легко добраться до любых достопримечательностей! Если вам необходимо парковочное место, то заранее уточните у хозяев, где можно оставлять машину - они подскажут.

This Airbnb house in Gyumri is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. It offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Perfect for a relaxing and memorable visit.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Sehr nette, saubere und gemütlighe Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, sehr gut erreichbar, nur ein paar Minuten bon den Wings of Tatev, der Seilbahn zum Kloster entfernt. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Strom, doch Nelli und die Nachbarin, die auch das Frühstück macht, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und reichlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Danke an Nelli und die liebe Nachbarin!

Very cozy place, great location and a very friendly host.

It was the perfect stay. Close to the city center and quiet. There is a big patio which is ideal to relax. She is very friendly, approachable and flexible. She would help on things I needed to find out. Definitely I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Yerevan

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, in dem ich zwei Wochen lang gelebt habe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Haus mieten möchte, würde ich definitiv wieder hierher kommen.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!
