Our stay at Greg's wonderful farm was fantastic. The beds & pillows were so warm & cozy. We really enjoyed the fire pit, BBQ & watching the antics of the animals. The facilities were great. Greg provided everything you could want plus more. We stayed 5 nights & want to come back again. Highly recommend *****

So happy we didn’t stay in Armidale and found Elmswood Uralla instead. Everything about Elmswood is relaxing . The cottage is cosy without feeling too small. You have all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast items provided were above the norm. The garden was beautiful and the morning mist winding through the garden was lovely. Uralla is a lovely township but when she shows off her autumn colours Uralla glows . Thanks Rob , our Elmswood stay was relaxing , exactly what we were looking for . Would we stay here again , yes we would & you should too

This is my second stay at Carl and Kaz's place, and I will definitely be back again. It has everything you need in terms of amenities, the location is lovely and private and quiet, it's close to town, and is literally a 2 minute drive to the UNE campus. Carl and Kaz are super friendly, and are incredibly quick to respond to messages. I'd stayed in a bunch of airbnbs in Armidale previously before discovering their place last year, but since then it's the only one I'll use when I'm in town. Thanks again for a lovely stay you guys :)

the essence of Air BnB, a private room ins someone's house. beautiful and charming cottage with lovely federation features. beautiful bay window, plenty of extra blankets, including an electric one to take the chill off. easy walking distance to the main street and friendly and helpful hosts, what more could you ask for!

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and Poppy and Jack were the most amazing hosts. They welcomed us like part of their family, and were extremely accommodating to our needs. Jack taught our six year old twins all about life on the farm, and they had the most phenomenal time. I loved the peaceful surrounds and pristine gardens, watching the wildlife come and go. Poppy is the kindest, most beautiful soul who cares so deeply about her visitors. We feel blessed to have experienced her beautiful home and hope to visit again soon.

Great home and so easy to settle in to. Generous selection of food to choose from and kitchen has everything you need.

Cottage was as described, cosy and clean. Rain prevented us from making use of deck area, but outlook from inside cottage was still lovely. We enjoyed going out to local restaurants for dinner and coming back to cosy warm cottage and indulging in some Netflix etc. We loved the fact that the cottage is on a rural property, but was less than 10 minutes drive to Armidale and its many lovely restaurants and cafes, one morning we were even visited by some kangaroos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Orto. From the breakfast hamper with home baked treats & local produce to the fresh flowers, range of reading material & cosy fire - Phillip & Donella are friendly, generous hosts who have thoughtfully curated a very special place.
