Note: To preserve the tranquility, there is no TV in the house.

4+1 duplex apartment in a boutique site in Turunç Bay

Our holiday home is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has a 2-story, 185 m² usage area, and has a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea views. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.

As Akyaka Turquoise Villas, we are very happy to host you, our esteemed guests. Our villas are 2 blocks, A and B blocks, and stand out with sea and nature views. Akyaka Center is very close to places like Akyaka Azmak and is centrally located. Our villas have many facilities such as private BBQ area , Pool, Kitchen utensils , unlimited WİFİ. The security measures are provided by Alarm and Security cameras on the windows.

The lower floor has an en-suite room and en-suite bathroom, a room and bathroom on the lower floor. 400 mt to the center and 800 m to the beach.
