This special place is outside the village and has its own style. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping options, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a desk. The pool can be shared with the 2nd holiday apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. There is a self-service supermarket 1.5 km away, a main railway station 2 km away, and a cycle path connecting to the property.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed three-sided farmstead are built with an oak timber frame. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees have been pruned back, the house can be seen in all its splendour. From May onwards, it then slowly disappears behind the shade-providing foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Living in an old school

There is no central heating. There is a hot air oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly gives plump warmth. It is heated on arrival and the heat usually lasts until the next morning. Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
