Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is available.

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are in the coziness, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upstairs apartment (1st & 2nd floor). The nice, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from which you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe. I am still finishing up in the kitchen and live here myself when I am not renting, so there are also personal items present; nice and homely 😉

Een heerlijk boxspring bed met topper (180/200) met heerlijke donzen dekbedden met kussens. Ook de twijfelaar slaapt zalig en is met hetzelfde textiel voorzien. De keuken is compleet, waterkoker, Nespresso, gasfornuis, koelkast, magnetron. In de badkamer: een heerlijke douche, ook een vaatwasser en wasmachine. De Living: slaapbank, eet / werkkamer, t.v. met chroomcast.

This cozy apartment with no less than three entrances has a lovely vaulted ceiling. Its warm travertine floors are heated. In the bed room the Auping double bed is adjustable. A stone stairway leads directly into the garden. Adjoining the bed room are a toilet with sink and a walk-in shower. In the living room there is an extra single bed, and a coach and sofa. There is an interactive flatscreen tv with blue-ray player, a dining table for four, and an open kitchen under the stairs.

Ruimtelijk heerlijk licht appartement met balkon, en centraal gelegen. Je bevindt je op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum, 3 minuten van het prachtige sonsbeekpark, 5 minuten van het modekwartier en 10 minuten van het centraal station. Ondanks dat je op een centraal toplocatie zit, is het een rustige buurt zonder geluidshinder. Om de hoek bevindt zich een bushalte om je naar de Hoge Veluwe, Burgers Bush , Kroller Muller museum, of de Airborne museum in Oosterbeek te brengen.
