You will see the resident birds swooping and hear their coo as they fly from tree to tree. Set in the foothills of Kavera, Arorangi on the West side of Rarotonga. The studio is a short 3 minute drive to the best beaches and shops.

Very quite cul-de-sac residential area which backs on to native tropical forest with lots of native bird life. Wild mango trees run down a small stream on the south side of the property, which you are most welcome to pick and eat when they are in season, we have bananas, lemons, breadfruit, soursop just to name a few on the property which we are happy to share

Our spacious beachfront villa is only a few steps away from the beach. There is a large veranda for dining and relaxing, that has a clear view of the ocean. The work of local artists are featured in the villa, providing a vibrant and warm Cook Islands feel. With the ocean at your doorstep, hammocks and sunset views this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy island life. We have unlimited Internet (via Starlink) and have installed a UV filter for drinking water.

Maiata is the name of our daughter who we have been very lucky to raise in this house for the past four years. The location is only minutes away from one of the best swimming spots on the island and great eateries with breathtaking ocean and mountain views. We have so many great memories attached to this place, and we’re convinced that you will too.
