My modest and welcoming home, which I share, offers guests the means to relax, eat and, above all, rest. The room is large, very quiet and comfortable with its queen size bed, tea or coffee corner and desk facing the window. The bathroom is nice and functional. The living room and kitchen are also at their disposal for quick cooking… the south-facing terrace and garden offer them the opportunity to eat outside or sunbathe on the terrace. Finally, all the ingredients are there for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The garden is not accessible, no wifi.

The stopover: 30 m2 cosy totally independent

Micro-maison en duplex indépendante située au centre ville, dans une rue en sens unique d'un quartier résidentiel. A proximité des grands axes routiers (Douai et Lens à 12 mn, Lille et Arras à 25mn). Vous pourrez stationner gratuitement à proximité. Logement Idéal pour passer les concours à Gayant expo. Mezzanine avec au choix lit 180 ou deux lits de 90. Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.

In the heart of the mining basin, come and discover our beautiful region, filled with cultural riches, animated by a warm spirit. The house is located in the city center of Lievin and welcomes you near the historic monuments of the Great War Vimy Lorette, the twin slag heaps of Loos-en-Gohelle classified as UNESCO World Heritage, the Louvre Lens Museum, its fabulous Bollaert Stadium and 1 km from the Liévin indoor stadium. 5 min walk to Nauticaa Aquatic Centre and Carrefour Lievin.

Very nice fully renovated studio on the second floor of a townhouse. Located 200 m from the Wellington quarries, on University Street, close to shops, the train station and the city center. Bright and sunny duplex, with garden views, in a quiet area. Downstairs: the living room opens onto the well-equipped kitchenette and the very functional bathroom. Upstairs: the mezzanine with a 140/190 bed and a 120/200 sofa bed and wardrobe and TV. Wi-Fi, stylishly decorated.

Barn renovated into a studio, in the countryside

Take a break in the countryside and relax in this small stable converted into a cozy cottage in the countryside. This studio is attached to our home but is completely autonomous. Two ATVs are available. To go further, a car is required (located 25 minutes from Arras/Hesdin, 30 minutes from Lens/Vimy. One hour from Lille and the Opal Coast. Paris is 2 hours by car (or 45 minutes by TGV from Arras). Cross circuit in Ternois 20 min.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but very close to major cities, Lille 20 minutes, Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes. The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. Breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the Phalempin forest. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.
