Ideally located on the Wine Route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the floor of our main residence (28m2), with private covered terrace (20m2) overlooking the classified vines. Salt pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Neat decor, equipped kitchen, 140 cm swivel HD screen, wifi. Brasero is available. Two new bikes are also available. NO guests: The accommodation is only for two people. NO PARTYING.

house typically Burgundy, air-conditioned in its main part. you will have a pool for your use . It is out of sight ,sheltered but facing south ,the pool is heated by a heat pump from June to the end of August. renowned wine village and tourist. bike rides provided. ideal for family with small children,the pool area is totally secure. the garden is totally enclosed, all for the exclusive use of the tenant

Charming cottage on the doorstep of a nature reserve

Gite with a separate entrance in a country setting and very quiet. At the gates of a nature reserve and the Wine Route. Comfortable and decorated with care and taste, you feel at home from the moment you arrive. In the peak season access to the campsite pools and the children's play area is possible. There is a large green space near the cottage. Gite for 8 adults and 2 children - 12 years old maximum

My cottage is close to the city center. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort. it is perfect for couples and families with children. It has a courtyard and a large private garden , which I leave at the disposal of travelers. An independent WIFI network is installed in the cottage. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate ,throughout the stay if you wish.
