"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

Villa with pool and fruit trees. Very close to the village, easily accessible on foot. The scent of fresh lemons is special and refreshing. There are beautiful views of Sant Salvador Castle and the mountains of the Llevant Natural Park. We are on the path that leads to the pristine beaches of Artà (Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, and Cala Estreta). The natural park is also very popular for hiking. Within a 10-minute drive, we can reach more than 10 different beaches and two golf courses.

Na Banya is a typical Majorcan house, with natural stone walls, surrounded by a plot of 1 hectare. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace. The terrace, the pool area and the barbecue will be the center of your vacations. On the farm there are farm animals which can be visited. The finca is located near the village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It has good connections to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby.
