It’s a beautiful place with a cozy and comfortable house. They went above and beyond by creating stunning Christmas decorations and a festive atmosphere with garlands for us, making our New Year celebration truly special. There’s also a sauna on the property and breathtaking mountain views, which added to the experience.

It was good stay. There was issue with heating. But the host solved just in a phone call. That was great. I recommend it to everyone.

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Anna happened to have an opening on precisely the night we needed and was able to accommodate us last minute. Excellent location, perfect stay - also great for our family with young toddler since there weren’t breakable things so I could relax too!
