It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Harvesting time for fruits grown in the farm (Fukuoka method) Oranges(a lot of varieties), from November to May (earlier more acidic, later sweeter) Mandarins, from November to April (a few varieties) Lemons, from November to June Limes, November to Marc

One bedroom stone guest house with mountain view

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance.
