The "Casa vacanza di Andrea e Laura" is a spacious three-room apartment of 60 square metres, located on the first floor of a quiet building that is close to the access to the slopes of the Prel hill (5/10 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom consisting of an ante-bathroom plus toilet and shower, a balcony and a large terrace (about 20 square metres) overlooking the entire valley, complete with a covered and private parking space.

Artemisia hut and garden - Marguareis Park

Exclusive mountain cabin at 1000 m with a large garden, patio equipped for lunch, barbecue, solarium and a hammock in the shade of a plum and a cherry tree. Unlimited WiFi. From here you will enjoy the view of the Marguareis massif, the Bisalta and follow hiking, mountain biking, and skiroll trails. Two parking spaces are located at the edge of the garden with access from the main road. We are located on the edge of the Marguareis Natural Park managed by the Maritime Alps Protected Areas Authority.

We do not provide bed linen/towels, but blankets are available for all beds. 1 covered car parking space included.

Delightful finely renovated mountain apartment is located directly on the ski slopes and mountain bike trails. Accommodation included in the Stalle Lunghe complex. From the balcony, an open view of the slopes of Artesina, Chalet il Rosso and giant bench. Southwest exposure (sunny). All the amenities of the center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Covered parking space within reach of the elevator. Coin-operated laundromat inside the complex.
