The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming III is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa for up to 1 person, in addition to storage space. It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
