We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.

The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
