It's located in an arts district, walking distance from art galleries, sculpture parks, and restaurants. Includes full kitchen, wifi, and private entrance. Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
