Nice cottage fully equipped including charging box. The cottage has two floors with a built-in garage. The cottage is located about 50 meters from the slope and about 300 meters from the cross-country ski trail. From the cottage, you can easily get via the lift system in Storhogna to the lift system in Klövsjö. The cross-country trails take you either up the mountain or to Vemdalens trail center. You have about 700 meters to Storhogna Högfjällshotell and about 1200 meters to the activity house M from the cottage. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home.

Our cosy newly built mountain cabin is within walking distance of Klövsjö ski area and is just as suitable for skiing adventures in the winter as mountain trips and swimming in the summer! Enjoy the sauna, fire or sunny terrace after a day on the ski slopes or in the mountains. Klövsjö has been named "Sweden's most beautiful village" and is called "Skiers' ski resort". The same lift card is also valid for Vemdalen's four ski areas with 35 lifts and 58 slopes. Quiet location close to the ski area, restaurants, sports shops and a clear swimming lake with jetties.

Sliding distance to children's slopes, ski school and the entire slope system. Fantastic cross-country skiing with three track centers that are connected by connecting tracks. Apartment upstairs. 3 rooms & kitchen. Easy to find, the accommodation is located right next to the E45, 5 minutes north of Åsarna. You can hear the traffic from the road. Sleeps 4. House-trained dogs and cats allowed. A staircase that can be experienced as steep to its own entrance. The apartment is not suitable for small children. There are no safety locks on the windows. Bed linens and towels are not included. Guests clean up after themselves. 2 parking spaces with engine heater outlet. There is a washing machine and drying rack. No TV.

The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.
