The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. Capannacce more than a Farm House: La Casella

Capannacce is a special place for us. Farm, but not only. It is home. For us and for the animals that live there, horses, chickens, cows, felines and canids. The heart of the farm is the breeding of racehorses, thoroughbreds. And of the Pontremolese cow, a native breed and a world heritage site. We are immersed in the Crete Senesi, where every summer sunset is a delight. A countryside made of quietness that soothes, but not far from the town of Rapolano Terme and all the related conveniences.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Upstairs, reached by a spiral staircase, is the double bedroom with an additional single chair bed.

A unique experience in a historical dwelling located in the Chianti region. This medieval castle is situated in a strategic position, surrounded by the major Tuscan touristic attractions. The suite is at the entrance floor level: double bedroom with bathroom, sofa bed for two people, kitchenette, fireplace.

An ideal place to spend days in total relaxation and enjoy the wonders that this area offers (Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Crete Senesi etc).

To the right of the Argenina church, after which it is named, it has the persuasive look of its 2 small arches facing west. Perhaps it was once the parish priest's house, or the one where cooking was done in the large wood-burning oven, who knows?
