The modern first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, electric fireplace, washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating in all rooms, except for the bedrooms. Parking space right by the house. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Tenants are responsible for the final cleaning prior to departure. Electricity 2kr per kWh.

Small ski-in/ski-out apartment right next to Bortelid Ski and Alpine Centre. It's nice to sit on the terrace and watch, hear and follow happy skiers whizzing past the apartment. There are cross-country ski trails about 15 metres away. It is also a short distance to the Bortelid grocery store, café, and service centre, which has a mini-golf course, canoe rental and a beach.

The road to Dagsturhytta on Hekkfjellet passes right by the house. Approx. 1.5 hours by car from Kristiansand About 1 hour by car to Evje with several attractions.
