Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. Two bedroomed cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Loads of character, history and interest nearby. You will have the whole cottage to yourself. It is situated in the middle of Buckfastleigh, close to shops and facilities, to Dartmoor and Dartington and many other places of interest. There is a parking permit which allows for parking one vehicle in the local car parks, one of which is approx 100 yards from the cottage.
