Our lovely studio has its own entrance and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. We are 10 minutes from the centre of basingstoke 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

Hazel is one of two self-catering flats, within a modern barn conversion. Situated in a rural location, near the village of Overton. First floor flat, with two bedrooms and a spacious living area, it is perfectly situated to enjoy country walks while close enough to Overton which has a large range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy the countryside, while still being close to amenities.

A detached, Grade ll, 200 year old thatched cottage in the small village of Ashford Hill, close to Newbury. My husband Andy and I own this one bedroom cottage, which has been carefully furnished and has parking and a small dedicated outdoor space.. It is an ideal base to explore the local area. Guests can visit Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), attend the races at Newbury Race Course or enjoy the walks in the surrounding area including Watership Down.
