Holiday rentals with beach access in Ashford District

The apartment was ideally located for us. We parked at the rear as directed by Richard and didn't need to use the car until we left.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Beautiful flat with an incredible view. Quite literally a stone’s throw away from the beach which we loved. Walkable to everything making it so easy to pop back from town. The best place we’ve stayed in Deal yet! Would definitely return and recommend.

A lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Beautiful sea views from every room, and just minutes walk away from some of Deal's finest restaurants. Lisa was a great host - very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to return someday! :-)

Zed's appartment is a true gem on St Leonards' beach front. It's a very spacious, clean and attractive space with a great (sea) view and a perfect location for visiting the vibrant towns or St Leonards and Hastings. Amenities were great, the bed was just perfect and everything was crisp and clean. Would stay here again next time!

Nice flat, dog friendly, good access to dog friendly beach, 5 min walk to Broadstairs, lovely views from the living area. Very responsive and helpful host. definitely recommended

Caroline’s flat is lovely, even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and decor in each room beautiful done. The kitchen had lovely plates and glasses, which was a nice touch. We would come to stay again!

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

Julie's place is lovely for a larger group with plenty of space and a great garden area. It's right across the road from the beach and there is a nice walk into Rye. Julie was very friendly and responsive and the property was easy to find and access. I would recommend this stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Loved everything about this house! We were lucky with the weather so got to spend the days on the beach and the evenings on the gin terrace and in the bbq hut! The house was incredible and we also hired the private chef that Leigh Anne can recommended! Short walk to a lovely cafe called the hub, a park for the kids and the most epic ice creams! Can’t wait to stay here again

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. A lovely little spot with a sea view, quiet - easy free parking (even for our van). 10 minute walk into town. Tesco Express round the corner if you want to eat in which we did on the last night. Cosy yet spacious - perfect place to stay in Margate - will definitely be coming back here when we're next in the area.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the beach. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and Abbey and Joe go out of their way to make your stay as great as possible - we especially loved the welcome gifts left for us and the detailed information about the surrounding area and recommendations. We had a fantastic couple of days away and would highly recommend!

Karen was very responsive and helpful. we loved the place and we felt very at ease. There is not a lot to do around, but it is a great place to relax.
