We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

Spacious double bedroom in annexe with kitchenette and shower room. Free parking, Sky TV and WiFi as well as own entrance and outdoor space. Ideal for short stays. Please take care on the path down to the annexe as when it has been raining it can be a bit slippery. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property.
