We are behind the Fort Road Hotel (Guardian top 10 best new hotels of 2022!) with their fantastic restaurant ‘Colina’ and basement bar. Have excellent locally sourced meals and fab cocktails - all without crossing the road. The flat has some sea view from the living room and is newly fitted out in a contemporary style. It’s particularly good for working from the seaside!

The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Close to Anglia and C2C stations from London with convenient bus and airport links. Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. The spacious bathrooms have bathtub and shower. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in.
