Spacious traditional Japanese house/60m from bus stop, 120m from convenience store

A 63-year-old 120 m ² old house with a cherry blossom theme, "Wakone Gora".The grandfather of tatami makers has lived since 1961. My grandfather died and there are no people living there, so I'm converting it as an accommodation. The tatami mats, sliding doors, and furniture have been replaced with new ones.Conversely, old scratches and sunburn were intentionally left on the floors and pillars.This is the feature of our inn. If you are looking for a facility where everything is as new and perfect, we cannot meet your expectations. We look forward to your use of our services, with your understanding of this point. It is also adjacent to a main road, so it is convenient to get around, but conversely, you can always hear the sound of cars. We recommend other facilities for those who are sensitive to sound. The location is a 60m walk from the bus stop in front of Miyagino Information Center.

In the resort town of Yugawara/Atami. 3 bedroom house ideal for families with pets. Before was a company holiday home built in the 1980s. Japanese garden and flower garden with large BBQ. Japanese rooms and a children's room. Mountain/Sea/City Lights views. Dog run connected to the living area. Is in a mandarin orchard with lovely scents. House is clean and renovated. Internet TV and wifi with a marble table costing Y1,000,000. The bathroom is small, but the day onsen 6 minutes away.

Please have a tasteful time with thatched roof and hearth. It is an old house with a thatched roof built in the first year of Meiji. It is a 150-year-old building, and you can see the beauty of Japanese architecture that has endured natural disasters in Yugawara. I made new tatami mats and chairs in the living room. (If you pack and spread the futon, up to 15 people can stay, so please consult with us. Additional charges apply depending on the number of people.)
