The space is bright and cozy with good window surfaces. There are beautiful panoramic views over the sea towards Bergen city centre and surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 large bathrooms with polished natural stone stone floor. The kitchen is 22 m2, has a view in three directions and direct exit to terrace no. 1. From the kitchen there is an open solution to a spacious living room of 45 m2 with glass sliding door out to terrace no. 2. I would prefer for guests to wash out themselves. A cleaning fee of €200 is calculated, which is refunded if you wash out yourself.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the morning and late evening sun. Kayak rental must be agreed in advance. Walking distance to golf course, café, beach, frisbee course, bird sanctuary, museum, grocery store, hiking areas. From parking about 70 meters to walk on a gravel path. The trail is a bit steep in place. From Bergen about 40 minutes by car, 1 hour+ by bus.

The apartment contains two bedrooms (one with a large double bed and the other with a spacious family bunk bed), bathroom with washing machine and shower, well equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room. The apartment is a short distance to Kleppestø which has a boat connection directly to Bergen city center. Bus stop is a short distance from the apartment. Local shop within walking distance and nice hiking opportunities with the apartment as a starting point. Access road is steep.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
