The space is bright and cozy with good window surfaces. There are beautiful panoramic views over the sea towards Bergen city centre and surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 large bathrooms with polished natural stone stone floor. The kitchen is 22 m2, has a view in three directions and direct exit to terrace no. 1. From the kitchen there is an open solution to a spacious living room of 45 m2 with glass sliding door out to terrace no. 2. I would prefer for guests to wash out themselves. A cleaning fee of €200 is calculated, which is refunded if you wash out yourself.

Absolutely unique, seaside and modern property in the entrance to Bergen. Fantastic 180° sea view with the great Askøy Bridge in the middle of the sight. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee, on the large terrace, while studying boating just outside. Great cruise ships sail majestically past, about in the middle of the living room. About 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Otherwise, you can take the bus from the bus stop nearby. There is also passenger boat connection from Kleppestø quay, not far away.

A holiday paradise with unique nature where you can experience both sea, sea, outdoor areas, war history and wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll also spot sea eagles, or northern lights in the sky during the winter months. Possibility to rent a kayak, SUP board, golf & fishing equipment. Herdla offers swimming beaches, golf course and frisbee golf course. The area is a paradise for windsurfing, paddling, diving, fishing and water sports.

Only 30 minutes drive to Bergen, and 10 minutes drive to Knarvik center. Walking distance to the nearest Kiwi store.

Ca. 5 min. spasertur til buss som tar deg til Åsane Senter, hvor korresponderende buss går til Bergen Sentrum. Kjører du bil tar det ca. 10 min til Bergen Sentrum . Shopping senteret, mat ,vin, mm. ligger 10 min unna med bil. (Åsane senter)

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Washing machine available for stays of 14 days+ Large outdoor areas with flats and lawn, sun all day. 25 minutes drive by car to Bergen city center, and 25 minutes drive to Flesland airport. 7 minutes drive to Kleppestø quay with parking and fast boat /bus to Bergen city center.

Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.
