Enjoy this newly built elegant accommodation with waterborne underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart television With private patio in the south-facing location and barbecue (coal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nice nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). Note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (Sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging an electric car is available for a fee.

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. Towels and bed sheets are included. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. We'll take care of the cleaning. Please put used towels and linens in the laundry basket before you check out. You also take your garbage with you and wash your dishes.

Brobylund

Now it is possible to rent a cozy house located about 15 minutes from Nyköping and about 25 minutes from Skavsta Airport. This smaller house is located next to the farm with proximity to open fields and forest, with several nice swimming areas nearby (by car). Access to smaller garden & patio, the house has kitchen, dining room & bathroom on the lower floor on the lower floor. The upstairs has one living room and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. See pictures! Sauna can be rented on request. Bus connection available.

Bagarstugan

I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn, this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children living on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the plot ). We don't have other animals but next to our property is a horse farm.
