In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Brobylund

Now you have the opportunity to rent a cosy house located about 15 minutes from Nyköping and about 25 minutes from Skavsta Airport. This smaller house is next to the farm, close to open fields and woods, with several nice swimming spots nearby (by car). Access to a small garden and patio. The house has a kitchen, dining room and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a living room and a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bunk bed. See pictures! Sauna can be rented upon request. There is a bus service.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Unique accommodation in rural industrial building turned cozy quarters. The guesthouse de luxe comprises two buildings connected at the hip. The first is the standard guest house, with a fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining area, and a Bathroom on the ground floor, and a Loft that sleeps fourteen in bunk beds upstairs.
