Only 200 yards from Snowflake lift--one of the least crowded lifts on the mountain. You can ski back to the condo at the end of the day on the Snowflake run. For snowboarders, it's more walk in/ walk out; the trail is pretty flat. You can rent gear at Charter Sports, directly across the street from the condo. Ten minute walk from downtown Breck (Main Street). Hot tub onsite. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds + sofa bed. Master has new King-sizes bed. 2 full baths. 2 patios. Washer/ dryer. 1 parking spot
