Nice little accommodation with a very nice small terrace, well equipped and well located both in Clermont-L'Hérault and to discover beautiful places nearby: Lac du Salagou, Saint Guilhem the desert, the cirque de Mourèze ... Great stay where so many other wonders remain to be discovered

Nothing to say about this great place that we recommend. Too bad there isn't a shutter at the bedroom door.

Beautiful apartment in a very good location on the outskirts of Montpellier. Easy access, there is no need to use the car once there, all are accessible by tram or on foot.

We had a great weekend in Florence's very pretty house. The pool area and outdoor kitchen were really great, we never ate inside. If you want to spend a peaceful weekend by a pool, then you have found your home!

We had a pleasant weekend at Chantal's. The house has a large living / dining room that allowed us to spend convivial moments (there were 11 of us). Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the garden and terrace because of the weather, but the little we spent there was very quiet and pleasant.

Accommodation meets our expectations for a pleasant family stay. There is everything you need, children can have fun freely in the secure estate, and the view of the vaunage plain is beautiful.

The host was very nice , all the instructions were very clear ( small downside to find the right building , the names are not clearly displayed) everything else was great the accommodation is very nice , very well equipped , very clean , the environment is great.

Very nice comfortable house and tastefully decorated in a beautiful secure property with a beautiful small exterior and its parking space Close to the pretty village. Severine is very available and full of small touches. A real pleasure. A property to keep absolutely.

the accommodation and the location are really great the + is the tennis court just opposite which was highly appreciated by the children 🙂 Only downside it was not nice cleanliness when arriving nothing very serious but I had to pass a little before putting down the bags (I told Jérémie who passed the message to his service to tell them to be a little more vigilant at this level).

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Come as a family to celebrate a wedding anniversary: 8 adults and 6 children from 10 months to 4 years old . The house is very spacious; there was nothing missing for young and old . Many things to do in the vicinity . A beautiful pool , a pleasant summer lounge and dining room, a very large garden. Jonathan very friendly and responsive. In summary, we recommend this gite for large families.

Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming host. Tastefully decorated and well-located apartment. There is everything you need, very functional with a parking space as a bonus.

I really enjoyed my time in the apartment. It was perfect for a one month workation. Internet worked great and the green space was perfect for getting outside during the work day. The route into the Center was a bit longer but manageable on foot.

We were looking for a place next to my home for my mother and I found it. Céline responded very quickly and everything was clean, comfortable and as described. We didn't understand that you had to go outside between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom (only 2m) but I think it's just that I didn't read the description well. There is a small street/path to access the place is gravel/unpaved, but it said it was off the road, so very quiet. Thank you!

Truly a lovely exotic place. We arrived at a complicated time when the accommodation was put in a dirty state with the former tenants but Raphaël and his wife did everything to make the accommodation in pristine condition when we arrived without losing us a minute. An adorable hotel,full of sympathy, the kind of person you want to meet every day. thank you and your wife, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!

Second stay in this house for us. Everything is still perfect: super well-equipped house, secure and pleasant pool, and above all super nice and available owners and Maryline! This house is a gem.
