The house is great. Fiel as photos, well cared for, clean, organized. Well located, and close to everything (close to the center, next to the avenue that has everything you need - markets, bakery, shops, pharmacy, etc.; and bonus is close to the city park, which is good for moments of leisure). We stayed on the premises for a few months and were very good. Gisele is very polite, helpful, always quickly responded to us, assisting in everything we needed (indicated many places that helped us spend time in the city). The neighborhood is good and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were made to feel very welcome!

We had an amazing stay in this rural accommodation! The house is simple but extremely cozy. The structure has one suite, two bedrooms equipped with two beds (one double and one single in each unit) , a social bathroom, a large kitchen equipped with freezer, refrigerator, stove, Airfryer and other necessary utensils. Outdoor area covered with barbecue, wood-fired oven. Beyond the green area, very charming. The pool is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The place for fishing is an incredible bonus for those who likes to fish. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, giving us all the information we need to make the most of our stay. The neighborhood was also very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature. We recommend this accommodation to all who seek a relaxing stay and in harmony with nature, not far away, but also out of the city!

The site corresponds to the listing and is worth it. Ample clean outdoor space, with lots of green area and well cared for with nets, sofas, tables, swings, chairs, bathrooms and swimming pool. The outdoor space also has a barbecue and equipped kitchen. The chalet has adequate space to accommodate a family. Despite being an area away from the city, the place is safe. We were very welcome, we had all the necessary support and we received suggestions from restaurants, markets, among others. Great place for children. Quality Internet in the internal and external areas. We will return in the future.

The host's welcome was great! The house is also very nice and in great location. It has equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, a cozy dormitory and the garage has an electronic gate. The place is ideal for a couple. They were excellent hosting days.

Comfortable and clean house, with everything we needed, including pressure cooker. Pertinho has two small grocery stores and a bakery, but it has markets not too far away, but you need to go by car. Nice, safe and quiet district. Garage accommodated our 2 cars.

The place is great, very spacious, reserved and welcoming. I intend to come back more often for sure!!
