Cunda merkeze yürüyerek 5 dakika Ayvalık merkezine ise 7 kilometre uzaklıktadır(gece 02:00 ye kadar toplu taşıma var) Evimizin bahçesi, barbekü ve bahçe takımları bulunmaktadır. Üst katta bulunan balkondan Cunda Adasının eşsiz deniz ve adalar manzarasına doyacaksınız. “Nasıl ki evlerin odaları varsa Nasıl ki kuşların yuvaları varsa”

Το Αrmonia Houses βρίσκεται στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό Τσόνια, το επίνειο του χωριού Κλειώ. Απέχει μόλις 50 μ. από την όμορφη παραλία, μήκους 500 μ., με την κόκκινη άμμο, τα κρυστάλλινα νερά, καθώς και τα μεγάλα αλμυρίκια, που προσφέρουν απλόχερα τη σκιά τους στους επισκέπτες.
