Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and walking distance to the iconic Goonies House, 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl. There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied.
