“We live in Seattle but decided to do a staycation at Tipsy the Tiny House. It was so much fun - the house is beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. We loved having the picnic table outside - great addition! It rained but they have a large umbrella that kept the whole picnic area table dry so we could still spend time outside even in the rain. The bed was super comfy and we loved waking up to birds chirping (we kept the window open near the bed which was really nice). We walked from the house to Alki beach and it took about 30 minutes. We took the route through Schmitz park which I highly recommend! It felt like we were instantly transported out of the city. Highly recommend this place for visitors to Seattle or anyone who lives in the city that wants a getaway.”
A cozy cottage behind a lovely Victorian house. It has a 3/4 bath (shower). The cottage has a brick patio and a large trellis covered with roses and grape vines set in an English Garden. Also, see our equally nice "Victorian in the Heart of Ballard" rental: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20928
“We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Brad & Liz's place. It's a cute cabin, and it's fun sleeping in a space full of fabulous art. The location couldn't have been better for our event in Ballard (and for Ballard, in general). Check-in and check-out was super easy, and street parking was convenient/available.”
Gaze out at an unforgettable view of the Space Needle from the open rooftop of this contemporary studio. This urban getaway is in a historic building, making excellent use of the space, with hardwood flooring, a clawfoot tub, and stylish furniture.
“This place has it all. Prime location on Capitol Hill, super walkable neighborhood, cool building with classic/vintage vibe. Matthew thought of everything to make the space nice. We got little chocolates, and of course there was great coffee. The bed was comfy and plenty of clean towels. The secret weapon is the rooftop view! If you get good weather, the view from the roof can't be beat. There are no taller buildings facing the west so you have an unobstructed view of not only the Olympic Mountain range, but the Space Needle, Puget Sound, and the downtown buildings. Pretty amazing.”
